4-Ingredient Blueberry Banana Nice Cream
The simplest, most decadent no-churn ice cream that's sneakily cream and added sugar-free.
- 2 bananas, frozen overnight in 1" pieces
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until they start to break up.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then blend on high until a smooth ice cream-like texture forms.
Serve immediately, topped with anything you like -- chopped nuts, chocolate chips, coconut are favs of mine.
