- 2 avocados, pitted and diced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ½ lime, juice and zest
- ¼ tsp salt
- Place everything in a bowl.
- Toss to combine and coat avocado in lime juice.
- Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, in burritos, and more!
