Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Vegan, gluten-free :: Our twist on the classic strawberry-banana combo, with no added sugar. This smoothie is perfect for a light breakfast or a mid-day snack, and it’s one of our new favorites.
Serves: 2
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  1. Add all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Pulse until starting to combine and then blend on high until liquified. Pour into glasses and serve.
To give your smoothie an indulgent, shake-like texture -- put your chopped bananas in the freezer for about 30 minutes before making the smoothie. When blended, frozen bananas have a texture like ice cream.
