Super quick and easy 5-Minute Yogurt + Granola Parfaits pack protein, antioxidants and heart-healthy fats into your morning meal.
Serves: 1
  • 8 ounces fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup low-sugar granola (4 grams or less per serving)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  1. Stir the chia seeds into the Greek yogurt.
  2. Layer each item in a bowl or glass -- however you like. That's it!
