This Tropical Green Smoothie tastes like a refreshing, indulgent milkshake, transporting you to the tropics with each sip. All without any added sugar!
Serves: 1
  • 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach, about 2 cups lightly packed
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  1. Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth and all spinach pieces have been fully incorporated. You may need to scrape down the sides a bit and break apart the frozen fruit if it gets a little stuck together in the beginning.
